I thought I would need to buy a new washer (it was constantly going out of balance and shutting down). With parts ordered in advance, John arrived in the window promised and proceeded to tear apart my washer (as required). He completed a difficult repair job with a smile on his face and a pat on the head for each of my two dogs. John helped me avoid an expensive purchase, making my old washer almost as good as new. I am very happy.
