I'd like to tell you how satisfied I am with Adam and his coworker when they were able to fix my washing machine. Adam seem to know exactly what the problem was and went right to work on it. He checked my washing machine. After he replaced, the part went through all the cycles and it worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service that Sears home services provided me. Although it was along process my washing machine is operating like a new machine. I will not hesitate calling Sears Home Services when I need them.

Brendan was very courteous and greeting with a handshake, rare anymore. Knowledgeable and very polite and friendly with our large dogs. Great experience overall and happy to have had him help with our repairs. He explained the process and anticipated a timeframe and answered any questions and addressed concerns in detail.

However, the customer service desk was not. When I made the appointment, I asked if Sears covered the vent that goes from the dryer to the ceiling. He said, "yes." I said, "So, Sears will replace the vent?" He said, "yes" again. Four times I asked and he answered. But when the first service provider came, he said Sears doesn't cover that. The 2nd provider explained that customer service makes more money for every appointment they make. So if they lie, that's why. That's very sad.
