Even though I had to wait almost 2 months for the washer to get back to normalcy, it was never the faults of the techs, especially James. Obtaining the parts timewise was the hangup. James worked his best with what came first but then got the washer working completely normal when the correct part and information arrived. He is a great employee, and the company should reward him for his tireless efforts.

Minh was very nice and pleasant. We did have a bit of a language barrier because I had a hard time understanding him as I have hearing problem and his accent was significant but he was very patient with me too insure I understand what he was conveying to him. The news wasn't good but I had a feeling that it was time for a new washer. I was pleased with his service.

He arrived a little bit late but he was very professional. We went to the laundry room and while I explained what the problems were, George was testing many of the settings and filling the drum with water, then spinning it dry. Things seemed to be working so when I do a load tomorrow I hope it works as well.
