Both technicians that came to my house to diagnose, then fix my dryer were great. Totally knowledgeable, focused, professional, pleasant. Tremendous asset to your company. On the flip side, your automated systems that send you in circles with no option to speak to ANYONE, resulted in an incorrect email address I could not correct no matter what I did, and hence, no receipt (except my bank account) for the $~500 I paid. All the texts, links, options, recorded directions did nothing. Your AI/virtual approach is crap to try to save money, and it just ticks off your customers who have an issue not being addressed by any of it. I think the repair service is top notch. Your customer business approach needs desperate fixing. PLEASE!
