Scott was prompt, did the job, and gave some pointers on maintaining the washer. Not his fault, but the Sears customer service is the words I've seen. They utilize ONLY AI when chatting or calling, and their AI got so much wrong. Parts that Scott ordered got lost with UPS, but their AI said they were delivered and kept scheduling an installation. Even the warranty company could not get through to speak with anyone.
