Alex was extremely knowledgeable, and even though my washer couldn't be fix, he offered many ideas for replacements. Would recommend Alex for anyone who wants honesty.

He was very kind and professional. He fixed the problem very quickly. A tube was disconnected internally and after he tested it he put it all back together. He was in and out in less than 10 min.
