First and foremost, Erick is a fantastic technician and I have ZERO complaints about him and his helper. Where I have issue, is Sears Home Services customer support is AI based. There isn't anyone to talk to. Scheduling was a complete disaster from the beginning and updates on actual arrival time left much to be desired. In this day and age, if you can't do better than giving an appointment window of 8am to 5pm, then you really need to reevaluate your systems and processes.
