He was awesome but the website communication system/scheduling issues need major revision! The first website ETA was ultimately wrong by 7+ hours. How can anyone be home for this, and have a job? At least a call is needed to give more confirmation, like 2 hours away.

Jerry came in got right to business! After he put in the new part he made sure the washer was draining. Glad he did because there was still something blocking the hose. He made sure to see the job all the way through!
