Washing machine was leaking water
This was the second time Ken came out to my house. It took him a while to- because he tried everything ( which I appreciated very much ). Turns out it was not the washer; it's my drain pipe that is the issue. It's overflowing behind the washer. Ken is very thorough and knowledgeable, I'm glad it's not my washer. Now to call a plumber. Trevor has to come out several times to get everything in working order. He was always prompt, kind, and efficient in doing the job. He also was careful to remove the trash from the job. Our appliances are now in good working order!
