Patrick fixed my washer and maintained my dryer all in one day, he did great and was super nice about it. But I did have to wait a while week off calling and not being able to get a hold of anyone except ai on the phone which was frustrating because no one could help me, I had 3 appts that were missed and no one showed up to fix my washer. There needs to be a person to talk to because I was with out a washer for a week and a half. Thankfully Patrick showed up to maintenance the dryer I had insurance with as well and since I had an open tocjet with the washer still he fixed it as well but if he wouldn't have came I wouldn't have my washer.

Technician listened to and ran the dryer. Did not hear the squeaking sound. Could not find the problem. Would not perform preventative maintenance. Said he had a repair order, not a PM order. A PM should have been performed while he was here.
