MR. KING SAW THE DAMAGE MADE BY THE LEAKING WASHER AND THE MACHINE IS TOTALLY INOPERABLE. I APPRECIATE HIM COMING OUT AFTER SEARS CANCELLED MY TWO OTHER APPOINTMENTS AND TRIED TO SERVICE THE WASHER, BUT IT IS A LOST CAUSE. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM THE REFUND DEPARTMENT SO I CAN GET A NEW WASHER. IT IS COSTING US NOW FOR THE PAST MONTH TO GO YO AN OUTSIDE LAUNDROMAT AS THEY PILE UP.
