Excellent Repairman
Richard was detailed and neat in his work, he made quick work of the replacement pump and was very helpful in helping me to assess the value of doing the repair work to begin with. He arrived promptly was courteous and able to explain all of my questions.

Tim was polite and engaging, and replaced the small piece of plastic that had broken at the lock. As Brian had initially suggested, this took approximately 5 minutes after getting the broken pieces of plastic removed. We were not told that the part would be delivered to us. It was found by accident on our front porch!! I don't think Tim knew it would be delivered to us either! We were also very frustrated that our service date was changed every day the technician was to come, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Dealing with AI is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE when the customer is being put off, like we were for 5 days. Every day someone was to come, we were rescheduled for the next day!!Any decent company should have a real Customer Relations Representative when problems arise like this. I would never recommend this company for problems related to appliances and, in the future when we have any issue, if we don't get immediate service, we will cancel our contract with you immediately!

Paul did a great job. He cleaned up all of the lint inside of the dryer and replaced the parts that were causing the problem. The dryer now runs great and is way less noisy. The AI I talked with to schedule did not listen. One question from me is WHY IS THE TIME PERIOD FOR ALL OF THE APPOINTMENTS ARE BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 5 P.M. I did not get a more specific time until the day of the appointment. I had to put aside THE ENTIRE DAY for this repair. My time is just as important as all of your repair people so a morning or afternoon time would be way more convenient!!! Also, the number of emails and texts for this appointment were very obnoxious. I know some people are not responsible, but I grew up long ago and am a responsible person. I knew when the appointment was and planned my day around that appointment. I am glad to have my dryer fixed. Thanks.
