Angel identified the problem and fixed it almost immediately. He already had the part in his van. I am very satisfied, and was happy to see it was a Sears Home service.

Turns out the issue with my drier was a user error—the dryer was functional. Gabriel wasn't put out or annoyed and cleaned and checked my drier, fixing 2 little issues that he did find.
