Kevin was prompt and assessed the issues with both appliances and made quick repairs with one minor issue with the washer that required a separate part that was ordered and a follow up appointment was made. And was pleasant, offered a recommendation along with the options and their costs, showed me what the problem was and how to tell if the air vent was clogged (it wasn't but I thought it was) and suggested a specific kind of brush to keep the lint filter clean.
