Was one of the best techs I've delt with in a long while. Personable, friendly, humorous, and knowable. Freddie came in got to work and was done with the diagnostic in no time. Ian was great. He explained the issue with my washer and he was very professional. However, I am not too happy with Sears as my original appointment was for 12.08, but the technician could not arrive on that day due to too many job assignments. So, I had to stay off work for another day in order to have a technician come out. Please do NOT overbook the technicians, so they will have the ability to timely respond to customers.

I was not happy that yesterday, the scheduled technician didn't show up and no-one called me to explain or apologize. I had to spend another day at home, since your windows to show up are always 8am to 3pm. For an hourly worker like me, that's a big loss. My consolation was that Mr Safiullah did a very good job fixing my dryer. Nonetheless, I must wait to see that this service repair is for good.
