David has impressed me with his outstanding work ethics and honesty plus his technical experience and knowledge. He called me when he was on his way and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and diligently fixed it. He explained everything clearly to me and my tenant. He also went the extra mile by checking that a discount I was offered when I enrolled in the Home Protect Warranty program was applied.
