It would be nice if every tech and customer support individual would be like Josh! Once in a while we get lucky with the people that should up to repair stuff that brakes (in our case, a dryer under warranty.) Really got into the "Belly of the Beast! (4 year old front loading washing machine) Ran all diagnostics, removed all panels for intense visual examination, ran machine thru normal wash cycle, offered three alternatives without pushing for any one. Would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Service based on this experience.
