Jake went above and beyond to fix the dryer for my mother Carol Johnson. I live in Wisconsin and my mother just turned 95 years old. Her dryer broke down and she was very upset. He was courteous and efficient and made time to come back when it stopped working cause of a different problem. Thank you, Colleen Martin
