David is a true professional and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However, your scheduling app is not good. Three times I was scheduled for repairs and three times you guys did not meet your committed time. No way to speak with a human being to get info. 5 stars for David, 0 stars for the scheduling app.

There were two repairmen - and they found the problem quickly and reported to me the cause and what I need to do to maintain the machine. I appreciated that they came during the agreed upon time between 1-5. They were here by 1:30, which I appreciated - so I could care for other things afterward. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

Fernando arrived at my home to a distressed customer, after weeks of unsuccessful attempts to get a technician out once the needed part had arrived. Fernando was understanding and helpful, and installed the replacement heating element with professionalism and care. Very happy with the service he provided.
