Our technician's name was IGGY. He showed up promptly and was extremely professional and likable. Put the new part in as well as the dryer vent hose. It's working now. Iggy was great. I recommend him for anybody whenever they need service.

Michael came out for the initial diagnostic and also came back to install the parts. He had a very nice personality, very polite, very knowledgeable, and kept a clean work area. I would recommend Michael to anyone that needs service.

The technician came out and did what he was supposed to. However, I was double billed and every means possible that I explored to contact Sears about giving me a refund, leads me to a dead end of websites that only accept bill payments, but give no contact information or telephone numbers with a limited option AI assistant that cut you off and hangs up if you don't give a response that it gives us an option. No chance to talk to a human being at all. This is the last time I will do business with Sears. No wonder they're going out of business.

Appointment time was pushed later and later. Morning appointment was for 8a to 12p. Technician did not show up until 2:50p. In all the mail notes, no phone number was provided to discuss delay. No personal contact phone number with the scheduler was provided.
