Tony was very polite respectful person. He explained everything that was going on straight from the beginning and made sure my washer was back up and going after two weeks of not working. He gave me very useful information and I gladly took it and I'm gonna make sure to do my part to prevent things like this happening again. Thank you so much Tony for your amazing job.

Paul is a good person with experience, unfortunately he is working for a BAD company who doesn't care for their customers, you can't even talk to a live representative , I will never recommend SEARS to anyone, they make schedules that they can't keep! SAD!!!!!!!
