Charles is fantastic. Sears customer service absolutely sucks and don't try to talk to a human because it will never happen. Took 4 trys to get someone to fix my dryer.

Very pleased. Technician was very competent and a good communicator.We had to wait for a part, delayed a bit due to Christmas season but the same day it arrived he returned to replace the needed part..during a snowstorm. I now have a working clothes dryer again. Would definitely use Sears Home Services again..thank you.

He was working on aGE Combo washer& dryer. He checked for error code -found none. Got it to do normal stuff. Chalked it up to a fluke and since it had been unplugged it started working again. Suggested I call GE come next I run into troubles.
