Brandon was very efficient and repaired our dryer quickly. We did have a horrible experience with getting someone here, it took 9 days from my first call to the AI! They had a wrong address and I tried to correct it but was unable. It was horrible that I had no real person to speak to.

As usual, his time schedule kept changing from around noon to around 3:00, but he kept updating his arrival time which was very comforting knowing I was going to be serviced. Many times in the past, I have waited all day never to see or hear from the service person!!!! When Baqir arrived, he efficiently fixed my dryer and left me with a smile!
