Apologize if not received. My first response was sent on same day of repairs. An awesome person describes Mr. Ahmed. Very professional, easy to converse with and provided information we needed to insure our appliance would function well. We sincerely appreciate the instructions he provided us. Very warm demeanor, patient and he guided/taught us as he progressed with the repairs. Will definitely request him if we encounter future issues. Thank you!!
