Service provider appeared to be competent in handling his job, that is, the appliance is now operating, The payment procedure was unacceptable. I wrote a check, according to him, the Bank indicated it was not enough in the account to clear the check (not true). In order for me to pay him, I used the Bank debit card because I knew money was available in the account. Thanks for your assistance. I would rate him a "4" for his performance on the Dryer.

Dionysios was knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and pleasant. During his first visit to diagnose the issue he knew what it was before getting here. Sad that the issue we had is so prevalent. But he had to make a first visit before the part could be ordered. Gone are the days when the repair people actually were given common parts to make repairs sooner and with fewer trips. We would definitely want want him back should another problem arise.

He was able to diagnose the problem of my clothes dryer and told me the cost of repairs. It was more than a cheaper new one and I decided to replace it. He was efficient and not impolite but I wish he was a bit more friendly.
