New Year's Eve
Had a service call on the eve of the holiday. We were Paul's 10th call. He was prompt, friendly and completed the service to our satisfaction. Loved having my dryer back! Thanks, Paul!

Mark was super awesome! Honest, Polite and 100% knew what he was doing. Very careful to use a pad on our flooring and very kind with his explanations of our questions while being serviced. Sears Home service should feel Blessed to have an employee such as Mark M. And us as well to know people are willing and wanting to work and take pride in what they do.

Ryan arrived on New Year's Eve within the scheduled time frame and kept his updated when he would arrive, too. When he got to our home, he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and quick to figure out the problem. He was very nice and personable, so we appreciated that he came out on a holiday night. If we ever have any appliance issues moving forward, we will definitely Sears and requesting Ryan specifically!
