Rodolfo diagnosed the issue with my washer and knew exactly what to repair. He arrived on time and repaired the washer expeditiously. He also gave me some maintenance advice I wasn't aware of to keep my washer going long term. Thank you for am excellent job and great experience Rodolfo!

The vision that you sent Lyme was his name. He immediately knew the answer and told me he had to order the part and he would come and put it on. He was very professional and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, but I love sears anyway products, Sears products.

He was here May 14th and back on June 2 2026 rest set the air flow sencer both times. We took out Warrenty on May 14 2026 but seeing how he was here again the warranty now start over so if dryer go out I cant call to have it fixed till after July 2 2026 Thank

They started to take it apart and found water valves that don't work. The inner drum had bolts broken off inside. They tried to order parts and they weren't longer available.

The repair guy was very kind. I had to wait all day for him to show up and even though we were upset, he never once said anything other than he was sorry. , we are Not happy for the time we had to wait but that is not his fault.We understand he was scheduled. Again, even as upset as we were, he was very kind and never said anything mean or derogatory. If I need service again, I would have him out in a heartbeat this time. I couldn't justify the cost of having the repairs.
