5 stars for Rubin. Rubin was great, he provided outstanding service. The issue was hard to diagnose (it was a manufacturing defect), but Rubin did not stop until he figured it out, and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to work with Ruben.

The original problem was a thumping/"grinding" noise. The first and second repairmen replaced rollers and a belt(?). Rodney did what two other services didn't. He found that an adhesive band had separated from the drum and was causing the noise. Problem solved. Friendly, professional.
