Most Professional Positive Customer Experience
Vic was awesome. We work from home and had calls during our repair. He called ahead of time, let me communicate quickly through text, and was so quiet during repair my customer call had no idea all that was going on. This also fixed a problem we have had two other claims on and I believe thats thanks to Sears thoroughness and professionalism.
