Ryan has been to our home 4 times to repair different appliances. he has always been professional and courteous. It is unfortunate that he could not repair our appliances this time it was too old and needed to many parts.

We appreciated John's work on our dryer. He was efficient and knowledgable. We have no complaints about his work. The Sears system was not the best experience; we were told the part would be in and the work could be completed by a certain date and as soon as we committed and were in the system, Sears knocked us back a week.
