Jimmy arrived shortly after he called stating he was on his way. I gave him directions to find me. He checked the washer and determined that I had fixed the OE code, but when I put the filter back in, it wasn't in all the way, which is the reason for the flooding issue. He ran several cycles to make sure their was no water coming out from under, around or especially where the filter was replaced. He checked the diagnostics of the machine. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise.

The over all service was excellent and I was kept informed multiple times as to when he was scheduled to be here and then again when he was on his way. He was on time and I appreciate being taken such good care of. PS he needs a raise as its hard to find excellent service nowadays.
