Jole was very knowledgeable on fixing our dryer seem to take great pride in servicing in the field that he's in, now for the company that sets up scheduling, they absolutely suck. Every time i've had to call, he was fifteen minutes to a half hour on the phone with them finally I told them that I wasn't going to talked with them anymore that I only wanted contact through email or text messages i believe they do this on purpose.
