Getting in touch with Sears repair service is a nightmare. No one to talk to, just press this number and that number. No one to clarify times. However, when Don called me to arrange a time, my experience changed. He savaged the bad impression I had of Sears repair service. He is indeed a professional who cares about his customers. He had to come to my home twice because we needed a part. He has great communication skills and knows how to relate to his customers. Something you don't get with a menu that says "press 1."
