Eric did an amazing job he had to come out multiple times due to the dryer continuing not working and stood up for the customer when it was repaired 6 times and finally they approved to refund us to get a new dryer.

Mohammed, came to start working on the washer machine around 4:50PM around 5:30 I went to the laundry room to check on him. It was obvious by his facial expressions that he was having problems.. I realized he was still not finished. He commented that this job was a lot harder than he had anticipated. Finally I think it was around 7:00PM when Muhammad started getting ready to leave. He was definitely exhausted. He is a very good man

I do believe my dryer is finally fixed after years of only using one setting to dry my clothes when I purchased a dryer with many, many settings to dry clothes of all kinds from delicate to large comforters. Leroy kept us in formed about is arrival time which is much appreciated.
