Ricky was a great serviceman. He arrived on time and communicated clearly while on his way to our home. He was very professional, explained each step of what he was doing, and narrated the problems he found so we could understand them. He installed the necessary part, and when he returned today for his second visit to service the dryer, he promptly got to work, tested the dryer, and asked if we had any questions. We do wish your call system worked better for the technicians, as James came to look at our washer and we still have no progress on that repair, which has been difficult with no washer for two weeks. We are grateful that Ricky was knowledgeable enough to fix the dryer, and we would absolutely recommend him and even request him again if possible. Thanks, Ricky!
