Michael did an excellent job installing the new part in the LG dryer. However, your parts tracking and scheduling software left me with a totally unsatisfactory experience. After the part was replaced on order the tracking software totally failed. The part was delivered 5 days after the technician ordered but your website continued to show it "ordered ". As a result my repair scheduled for 1/16, 1/17, 1/19 and 1/21 kept getting changed by your software. I explained the problem to your AI helper and nothing was changed. I needed to be able speak to a real person to get the problem resolved. It is near impossible to find a real customer service person to assist. Your parts tracking and technician scheduling system need major maintenance.
