Logan arrived on time and was friendly. My rottie loved him. He got to work and installed the part. The machine runs fine . He took a picture of the intake hoses and they appear to need replacing. He suggested what to buy and I will follow through with that. He also suggested running some vinegar through the cleaning cycle. I'm happy with his service.

Johnny was on time (actually was able to come earlier) and fixed our noisy dryer by replacing some rollers and cleaning out years of lint. Great service!

Service tech are outstanding. Only complaint is this repair service started in November 2025 and was rescheduled six time by AI. Received Part was sitting on Dryer since December 2025. Difficult to get AI online does not address this issue and rescheduling is always 2 weeks delay.
