Andy did a great and fast job, he only changed what was broken and did not overcharged. While diagnostic tech was trying to over do it, wish there were more honest and kind people like Andy. I'm very happy with the service he offered.

I joined the service plan and my experience so far has been less than average. After 2 no show appointments, someone finally came on the 3rd appointment. While I understand we had a snow storm, but at least have a more accurate call service or a better tracking or updating system. I lost 2 days from work waiting for a technician to show up both times never showed up I called periodically through appt date and they just kept telling "he is coming", "he is on his way" or "you are his next stop", this happened for hours after the service window.
