Nic is a very knowledgeable repairman. He took his time and fixed the washer on the first visit. I am very impressed with him! It is hard to find quality people like Nic in the workforce now days. He deserves to be well paid!!!

Nikita B was extremely professional and helped us navigate challenges that we had getting this repair complete. Both Terry and Nikita B were a pleasure to work with but communication with your company is challenging in so many ways. Miscommunication - system state - parts were not shipped - although they were delivered to our house. System then said service was complete when it was not. Could not talk to a human being. Very frustrating! But Nikita was finally able to navigate the system in addition to doing the repair. Thank you!
