George was pleasant and professional. Glean and polite. First visit He went thru the troubleshooting steps. All indications pointed to the first part ordered. Second visit he replaced the part provided. No difference, machine does not work. He ordered additional parts. 3rd visit more of the same. New parts installed. No resolution, machine still fails to operate? I want a new machine.
