Technician was professional and did excellent job. The service center arranged to fix my washer in 2 weeks, but after first visit, part ordered and then took another 2 weeks to get my washer fixed. Was an easy fix and I started to let husband do it. Had warranty so kept waiting. Thanks for sending a good guy out to fix it.
