Bruce was Very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I need a new washer, but he showed me how to navigate around the problem until I can get one. AND I actually think it's working NOW as long as I use only 1 rinse at a time. However-:I will NEVER purchase a Sears product or service EVER again. Yesterday, You had incorrect info about my washer and I spent 1 & 1/2 HOURS on the phone, text, email, your websites and could NEVER get a live person. Your chat 'people' are imbeciles with no option for the customer to personalize the dialogue. I was almost in tears and gave up. AND your products have deteriorated. I bought my Kenmore 300 series top loader washer in September 2017 and it needs to be replaced ?!!! Already!!!?!! And it was VERY expensive. Kenmore used to be the Gold Standard in appliances. Bruce was Excellent, but NO Sears for me EVER again, until live people answer the phone.
