John did good work -- although we elected not to proceed with repair because of the cost. One disappointment and one reason we did not have the repair done was that the exhaust hose from the dryer needed cleaning and John said Sears Home Services could not touch the hose. The dryer could not function well without the hose being cleaned. So we ended up buying a new dryer and the installer put in a new hose.
