Totally Satisfied with Service
The Lid Lock on our 4-year-old washing machine quit, causing it to stop mid-cycle and locking the lid shut. However, were able to schedule a technician the very next day. Desmond arrived on time, did some troubleshooting, ordered the part, returned when the part arrived (again, on time, when promised) and installed it successfully.

Mitchell came to my house today and switched the way my new LG Dryer door opened to be more convenient for how my house was set up. Mitchell was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.
