Once I found the website for repair requests, everything was great. The repair person diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled the date to fix the problem. The repair date was rescheduled for an earlier date because the part arrived early. Bill just left and will run a load of cloths tomorrow, hope all is good.
