I honestly don't like having to deal with AI virtual robots. I'd rather speak with a live person because at times you are not able to get the parts on a timely basis and we are left as consumers with apologies and excuses time of the time.

Our Sears service technician came and repaired both of our washer and dryer quickly. He was a very personal person. I appreciated his competence and know how to get the job done correctly the first time. I want to give feedback on the amount of time that took to get this repaired done. There was 5 scheduled appointments for the dryer and one for the washer. The frustration was waiting all day for 4 days. I had to take vacation time and wait for a tech that would not arrive. Sears MUST do better when it schedules appointments.
