Drew arrived at the time estimated. Got to the job at hand and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. He was a pleasure to talk to and gave us some suggestions that we could easily due to help our dryer perform better due to the semi-heavy use we put on it. Super great to work with!

Bernard was professional, punctual and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary order which arrived as he told me. He performed the repair quickly. On another subject ( not related to Bernard) - I feel the labor charge was excessive for 30 minutes work.
