While the dryer heating problem was resolved, the dryer now is making a thumping noise. It sounds like tennis shoes are drying--thump, thump, thump. There was no noise like this before the heating problem. How can we resolve this quickly without generating a new service call?

Nate checked everything out and could find nothing wrong with the machine. It appears the "no spin" on my bedding was just a one-off (I hope). I just did my bedding again this morning and it worked fine.

I visited the website on a Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday, Tuesday morning by 9:00 a.m. he had already come and gone and diagnosing the issue to be a belt for my dryer. Dryer. He ordered it and it showed up on my doorstep Wednesday and I rescheduled and Michael came and put the new belt on Thursday morning. Basically a perfect customer service experience.
