Edwardo did an excellent job, clean and efficient to carefully drain water from pump and not spill anything on the floor. The "AI SYSTEM" is worthless. Next to impossible to get to a customer service representative. Calling main number for Sears's home service contacts you to "AI" with no real results. "AI" finally tells you that if you have more questions to contact sears home services. How do I call sears home services when that is who I called in the first place. How stupid are you that in order to save money and not hire humans, you throw out your customer service representative. Haven't you figured that out, customers are unhappy with "AI". Maybe you as a decision maker should be replaced with "AI" and we may get better results.

Andrew was prompt, knowledgble and provided updates. Unlike the previous Sears tech that came and misdiagnosed the issue. Never gave an updated other than Sears will let you know when the part arrives. Made an appointment, took the day off and the tech never showed up. After calling American Home Shield and turns-out he has closed the ticket. SEARS you should be ashamed for hiring tech like this. Andrew in the other hand was opposite, professional, diagnosed and ordered the correct part. Part came Fedexed. Awesome tech.
