We have had many appliances serviced over the years. Whike the outcome was always positive, I can remember the last time a tech had the parts needed on his vehicle! The tech reviewed what the problem was, what he needed to do and followed up. Great service!

We had a weird smell emanate from our washing machine. Our technician, James C, asked probing questions to better understand our problem and then went right to work. He inspected the unit throughly and ran the unit through a was cycle. He asked more questions and we determined it possibly was due to using a setting we've never used in four years. James inspected the unit on a few more components and determined the unit is functioning normally. He discussed the usage of the various setting so we have a better understanding how to choose the best setting for our needs. We found that very helpful. Should we have any issues with our washing machine in the future, hopefully they will assign James C to our work ticket.
